I know of no generic conversion tables for this, though I suppose you could produce one. If for example you have a material specification calling for 65 HR15Y on say an abradable coating, the ONLY way you can confirm this is by testing with HR15Y. To test with a different method and convert would be extremely unreliable and certainly not recommended. Hardness conversion tables should only be used to give rough comparisons.
