The kind of temperature u had mentioned is unlikely to be found in Boiler Tube. But to be on the furncae base. If your are looking for Hig Temperaure Erosion protection for Boiler Tubes it is suggested you should be looking for Chromium Carbide-(20)NiCr coating. This coating gives optimum protection when the temperature is below 1000 deg C. But for more higher temperatures then Alumina coating is required.
For more details on the equipment to be used and how to coat the same please contact us. We would be happy to help you out.
