Thanks. i will email those photo to you. Anyway, I have seen people using Ag/H2 system to sray this Inco 718 powder. I am currently using N2/H2, would Ag/H2 give a better result in terms of oxide/cluster oxide control? As cluster oxide is form by unmelted fine particle, im working on reducing the particle velocity, and increase the dwell time by increasing the distance. which direction should i go. i ve tested more than 40 coupons with dif. parameters but still can not 100% eliminate the cluster oxide appearance. Pls advice me. Thanks
