Hi Vivek
I have limited experience with hydroxyapatite coating
metallography, so I can only say experiment with your grinding and
polishing techniques, even if you find some recommended
procedures.
Probably the most important piece of advice I can give is to make
sure you impregnate your samples with epoxy resin before grinding
and polishing. This gives support for the structure, reduces
pull-out and makes porosity identification easier.
