Purge your gun and check for leaks. We use a chiller and have no trouble with condensation on the inside. If there is any it is purged out before the gun starts. You can use your finger, a mirror etc and look for water coming out of the nozzle. It generally only ever leaks where the nozzle sits in the channeling head. Change all the orings on the gun to be safe and eliminate that. Check for cracks on the insulator.

Not possible on OEM configured 9MB but on others yes.
HI Len,
thank you for your suggestion . I am working on the problem. After your suggestion i have checked the gun and found that water might be leaking from the water channeling head. Also will excessive cooling water pump pressure and temperature of cooling water cause condensation in the nozzle and lead to melting of the nozzle as well?
