Question about Ferrite free for sink roll
Hi,

I have a question about the material of sink roll.
SS316L FERRITE FREE. Ferrite free means the SS316L will be austenite after annealed (how long?), then no magnetic. Am I right?

Hi nettrade

Ferrite phase tends to be ferromagnetic, austenite phase tends to be non-magnetic. so yes you are right Smile
